USEFUL INFORMATION

Packaging

It is very important to us that if you have ordered online, that your purchase(s) arrive in the best of condition.

Prints

Small prints are packed in tissue then into a thick card envelope. We have used these for many years with close to 100% success.

Large prints are packed in tissue then rolled carefully and placed into a strong card tube. These are rolled at the time of ordering and not before. This means that on delivery when they are removed they will quickly return to the flat (placing under the tissue and putting such as heavy books on top will speed up this process).

Original Paintings

These are packed into a cellophane bag with a card backing and then into a sandwich of hardboard. The hardboard is larger than the size of the painting, which ensures that even if it is dropped it is the hardboard which takes the impact and not the painting.
Please Note: Paintings are sent either mounted or unmounted only. We DO NOT send out framed artwork as there is too high a risk of damage to the frame and glass, plus many carriers will not take framed artwork.
Original Artwork is always sent by Insured Post. Requests to do other wise will be politely declined.
With original artwork personal collection / delivery may be possible depending upon your location.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of making a purchase.

Damaged Item
Should an item arrive damaged (for any reason) please contact us and we will decide on the best way to resolve the matter, i.e. replacement, return and refund etc. You will be notified of our decision. All packaging must be retained and we may require it's return if we are making an insurance claim. This will be discussed with you at the time.

Change of Mind
Refunds on returns due to a change of mind, will be at your own cost, but the item must be returned by the same postal method as used to send it to you, to ensure insurance cover (where required). On receipt of the returned item it will be inspected and any damage will be deducted from any monies returned. The original postage fee will not be refunded.

Non Arrival
If an item has not arrived please contact us and we will discuss with you the next steps. Please note that depending on where in the world you live, delivery can take some considerable time.
