India Travels Series - Limited Edition Print.
 
This is a streetside shop, seen in Jaisalmer (Rajasthan, India). Small 'Pop up Shops' or in this case a 'Propped Up Shop' are a very common sight in India. These shops can be everything from roadside repairs of bikes, shoe mending, clothes mending through to such as the one in this scene with the vendor selling all kinds of small goods. This one not much larger than your average wardrobe, in generally poor condition, accommodates the owner, all his goods and containers and was a wonder to behold. The only thing I couldn't work out was how he got in and out!!! The stand built for it to sit on was great, shame about the rocks propping it up. 
 
This Limited Edition print has been produced from an original watercolour painting by Malcolm Davies GRA.

This new series of prints is strictly limited to only 100 copies. They are signed and numbered by the artist and are only available direct from the artist.
 
The print size is A4 (297mm x 210mm). 
 
We are very pleased to announce that as part of our commitment to try and help reduce our environmental impact, this print is produced on 100% recycled (FSC certified) 350gsm card stock. Please note that this recycled paper does occasionally have some very small 'flecks' which do not in any way detract from the image.
 
The print will be sent in a strong double sided cardboard envelope. I have sent many prints around the world like this without a problem so no need to worry about it arriving safely.
