The wonderful Cosmopolitan Hotel and Public House on the historic Headland at Hartlepool on the North East coast.
 
This hotel and public house was built in 1885 on the site of an earlier hotel. Due to its location within the headland area of Hartlepool it is and has been known by many of the residents and workers of the area over many decades. It has a fond place in the hearts of many.
 
The shape and style of the building still make it one of the most outstanding and recognisable buildings of the region.
 
This Limited Edition print has been produced from an original watercolour painting by Malcolm Davies GRA.
 
Malcolm is a Full Member of the UK Guild of Railway Artists and an Associate Member of the UK Guild of Motoring Artists.
 
This new series of prints is strictly limited to only 100 copies. They are signed and numbered by the artist and are only available direct from the artist.
 
The print size is A4 (297mm x 210mm). 
 
We are very pleased to announce that as part of our commitment to try and help reduce our environmental impact, this print is produced on 100% recycled (FSC certified) 350gsm card stock. Please note that this recycled paper does occasionally have some very small 'flecks' which do not in any way detract from the image.
 
The print will be sent in a strong double sided cardboard envelope. I have sent many prints around the world like this without a problem so no need to worry about it arriving safely.
