We accept returns within 14 days of making a purchase.
Should an item arrive damaged (for any reason) please contact us and we will decide on the best way to resolve the matter, i.e. replacement, return and refund etc. You will be notified of our decision. All packaging must be retained and we may require it's return if we are making an insurance claim. This will be discussed with you at the time.
Refunds on returns due to a change of mind, will be at your own cost, but the item must be returned by the same postal method as used to send it to you, to ensure insurance cover (where required). On receipt of the returned item it will be inspected and any damage will be deducted from any monies returned. The original postage fee will not be refunded in this instance.
If an item has not arrived please contact us and we will discuss with you the next steps. Please note that depending on where in the world you live, delivery can take some considerable time.
